Your sample is being returned as requested. The submitted sample, style number K5-230, is a woman’s sweater that is constructed from 100% polyester, chenille knit fabric. The outer surface of the garment measures fewer than 9 stitches per 2 centimeters in the direction that the stitches were formed. The garment features a drawstring hood, long sleeves with loose fitting ribbed cuffs, a full front opening with a zipper closure, front kangaroo-style pockets in the waist area, and a loose fitting ribbed bottom. The applicable subheading for the sweater will be 6110.30.3020, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for sweaters, knitted: of manmade fibers: other…other: sweaters: women’s. The duty rate will be 32% ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
