Submitted style 399078 for Old Navy, manufactured from fleece fabric of 80% cotton/20% polyester is a pullover garment for girls’ wear that extends below the waist, further characterized by a hood, by wide, rib-knitted lower edges, and by an open pocket at each side of the lower front. As you have requested, the sample garment is being returned. The applicable subheading for this style will be 6110.20.2045, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for …sweatshirts…knitted…of cotton, other, other, sweatshirts, …girls’. The duty rate will be 16.5 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
