You are requesting the tariff classification on a product that is identified as a “Pocket Screamer Assortment”, item number 944896. The product is an assortment of four monster toys with sound effects and eyes that light up. The toys are battery-operated, and are constructed of 90% plastic, 6% other materials, and 4% electrical parts. The “Pocket Screamer Assortment” will be classified in Chapter 95 of the HTSUS as toys that represent monsters and non-human creatures. Your samples will be returned, as requested by your office.
