The submitted sample is a Style 53222 Stow Away Zipper Sock (Black) consisting of a pair of socks constructed of knit 80% cotton, 17% nylon and 3% spandex fabric. The unisex crew sock features zippered cuffs for stowing of keys or cash. In addition, the sock comes in Style 53220 (White). The applicable subheading for the Styles 53220 and 53222 Stow Away Zipper Socks will be 6115.92.9000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for panty hose, tights, stockings, socks and other hosiery…knitted or crocheted: of cotton: other: other. The duty rate will be 13.5 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
