The submitted sample will be returned to you as requested. Style 3910 is a woman’s halter-top constructed from 99 percent cotton and 1 percent spandex woven fabric. The garment features a V-neckline, halter neck treatment, a full front opening secured by five buttons, nine self-fabric belt loops and the bottom of the garments and straps. The garment does not provide sufficient coverage of the shoulders and upper back. The applicable subheading for style 3910 will be 6211.42.0081, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for track suits, ski-suits and swimwear; other garments: other garments, women’s or girls’: of cotton: other. The duty rate will be 8.1 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
