Dear Mr. Stinson: In your letter dated December 21, 2005, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The submitted sample is identified as a “Bling Things Sticker”. The item is a sticker composed of approximately 300 variously colored faceted imitation “acrylic diamonds.” Each “acrylic diamond” measures 2.5mm in diameter. The imitation diamonds are arranged to form an image of a slot machine window, one of a variety of designs. The stickers are intended to be used to decorate a cell phone, PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), camera, MP3 player, computer, and more. Your sample is being returned as requested.
