Submitted style GR66F063108 is pieced together from knitted and woven fabrics. The knitted portion, manufactured from argyle fabric of 72% rayon/28% nylon, resembles a sleeveless, v-necked pullover that is worn atop the woven portion, manufactured of 100% cotton, that resembles a long-sleeved, button-front, collared shirt. As you have requested, the sample garment is being returned. The applicable subheading for this style will be 6206.30.3060, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS), which provides for …girls’ blouses, shirts and shirt-blouses, of cotton, other, other, other, girls’, other. The duty rate will be 15.4 percent ad valorem. Duty rates are provided for your convenience and are subject to change.
