Dear Mr. O’Brien: In your letter dated November 24, 2005, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The merchandise is identified as item number 53525 Nerf Showtime Hoops and described as an indoor basketball game for boys age 8 and up. The Hoops backboard/rim component can be adjusted from 6½ feet to 8½ feet in height. The Hoops base is weighted down by approximately 27 gallons of water that the purchaser adds upon assembly.
