Your samples are being returned as requested. The submitted sample, style number A69749, is comprised of a woman’s cardigan and pullover. The garments are constructed from 95% cotton, 5% spandex, knit fabric. The outer surface of both garments measures more than 9 stitches per 2 centimeters in the horizontal direction. The cardigan features a ribbed mock collar, long sleeves with loose-fitting ribbed cuffs, a full front opening with a zipper closure, and a loose-fitting ribbed bottom. The rate of duty will be 16.5% ad valorem. The cardigan and the pullover fall within textile category designation 339.
