Dear Ms. Keller: In your letter dated September 22, 2005, on behalf of Orion Holdings, you requested a classification ruling. As requested, the sample will be returned to you. The submitted sample is a Style OSS79 Worker Vest. The unisex pullover garment is constructed of a bright yellow knit mesh polyester fabric. The sleeveless garment reaches to approximately 7-9 inches below the waist and features a V-neck, oversize armholes, and 2-inch wide 3M Scotchlite™ reflective silver strips horizontally around the waist and vertically from each shoulder on the front and back.
