Dear Ms. De Silva: In your letter dated September 22, 2005, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The submitted samples are three styles of Stretch Bracelets. Style one consists of chips of genuine Mother of Pearl shell, strung on elastic cord. The estimated cost is $1.81. Style two consists of chips of genuine Tiger’s Eye, strung on elastic cord. The estimated cost is $1.38. Style three consists of chips of Imitation Turquoise strung on elastic cord. The estimated cost is $1.78. Your samples are being returned as requested.
