You submitted a sample of a crocheted sweater identified as style 8365203. The pullover garment, whose outer shell is made of 62% cotton and 38% rayon openwork fabric, features shoulder straps measuring approximately one inch in width. The entire body of the openwork crocheted garment is lined with 55% polyester and 45% rayon finely knit fabric. Your garment will be returned as you have requested. The applicable subheading for style 8365203 will be 6110.20.2020, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for Sweaters, pullovers…and similar articles, knitted or crocheted: Of cotton: Other: Other: Sweaters: Women’s. The duty rate will be 16.5% ad valorem. Style 8365203 falls within textile category designation 345.
