Broad Street Philadelphia, PA 19112 RE: The tariff classification of two women’s garments from Macau Dear Ms. Fox: In your letter dated July 15, 2005, on behalf of Tellas Ltd., Inc., you requested a tariff classification ruling. You submitted two samples that are being returned as requested. Style 22F2920 is a woman’s pullover that is constructed from 90% cotton, 10% polyester, French terry knit fabric. The outer surface of the garment measures more than 9 stitches per 2 centimeters in the horizontal direction. The pullover features a drawstring hood, long sleeves with ribbed cuffs, a front kangaroo pocket at the waist, and a ribbed bottom. The sleeves have overlaid elbow patches.
