The air nibbler, part number ANC, is described in the literature as the ultimate sheet metal cutting tool, easily cutting through sheet metal as thick as 16 gauge. (You have also provided a sample which will be returned per your request.) The recommended air pressure is 90 PSI with a ¼” NPT air inlet and 3/8” ID air hose size. The rate of duty will be 5.3% ad valorem. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
