The samples submitted with your letter were forwarded to the Customs laboratory for analysis. Item no. FV-213581 (A) contains red, orange, and green chili rings in a liquid medium. Item no. FV-213581 (B) contains red chili rings and rosemary sprigs in a liquid medium. Item no. FV0213581 (C) contains red and green chili rings, and garlic, in a liquid medium. Laboratory analysis found item nos. FV-213581 (A), (B), and (C) contained 5.34, 4.48, and 4.69 percent acetic acid, respectively. The products are put up in bottles measuring 13 inches tall and 1-1/4 inches square at the base. The applicable subheading for item nos.
