Dear Ms. Aldinger: In your letter dated February 10, 2005, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You submitted a sample of Remote Control Spooky Sounds identified as item number 940003. The item consists of a hand-held remote control plastic device with activation button and a separate sound effects plastic unit that measures approximately 4-1/2” in height x 1-1/4” in thickness x 3” across.
