Dear Ms. Milling: In your letter dated you requested a classification ruling. You will be importing item number 218098, a package of 25 dishcloths. The cloths will be made from 100 percent cotton woven terry fabric. They will measure 11 inches square and feature rounded corners. The edges of the cloths are finished with an overlock stitch. In your letter you indicate that the 25 dishcloths will be packaged with an outer wrapper that states Dish Cloth. The cloths will be advertised and sold in the home décor/kitchenware department. The duty rate will be 5.3 percent ad valorem. The dishcloths fall within textile category designation 369.
