Submitted style 120550, manufactured from woven fabric of 97% cotton/3% spandex, is a loosely fitted pair of cuffed trousers. A narrow, ornamented belt of knitted fabric is threaded through the belt loops surrounding the partially elasticized waistband, that fastens together above the zippered, fly-front opening. As you have requested, the sample garment is being returned. The applicable subheading for the pair of pants and its accompanying belt will be 6204.62.4050, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for …girls’…trousers…of cotton, other, other, other, trousers…, girls’, other, other. The duty rate will be 16.6 percent ad valorem. This style falls within textile category designation 348.
