The subject products, Tris (dimethylamino) antimony and Tris (dimethylamino) arsine, are non-aromatic nitrogen function compounds indicated for use in the semiconductor/electronics industries. The applicable subheading for Tris (dimethylamino) antimony, also known as Stibinetriamine, hexamethyl- and Tris (dimethylamino) arsine, also known as Arsenous triamide, hexamethyl-, will be 2929.90.5090, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for Compounds with other nitrogen function: Other: Other….. Other….. The rate of duty will be 6.5 percent ad valorem. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
