Grand Rapids, MI 49504 RE: The tariff classification of the Catz in My Purse from China Dear Mr. Morse: In your letter dated June 7, 2004, you requested a tariff classification ruling, on behalf of MGA Entertainment Inc., your client. You are requesting the tariff classification on a product that is identified as Catz in My Purse which is comprised of a stuffed bobble head toy cat, a carrying bag that is actually a toy pet carrier, a plastic brush for the cat, and a textile toy sleeping pad. There are four variations on the theme; each one is made of a different fabric with a difference in each of the designs of the pet carrier (purse). The item #’s are as follows: 273554, 273561, 273578, and 273585. The carriers are constructed of corduroy (273554), velvet (273561), plastic sheeting (273578), and denim (273585).
