The item is called Pink Princess, style number 40-410. It consists of a dress, a cloth tiara and a polyester peplum packaged in a window box. The dress has no styling features, a stand up collar, and all overlock edges. The peplum is separate from the dress and has an elastic waistband. The item is a set with the essential character provided by the dress. The costume meets the flimsy and non-durable requirements for classification within Heading 9505.
