The submitted sample, identified as a “3 Ring Zipper Binder,” CVS item number 267742 (Mfg. Style#D-500), is a 2½”, 3-ring zippered binder. It is of a polyester and nylon woven fabric with a plastic supporting frame. There is an outside pencil pouch with full zippered main pocket with zippered mesh pockets on each side.
