Dear Ms. Pender: This letter replaces the ruling letter we sent to you under file number K84862 which, due to an inadvertence, provided the wrong tariff classification number in the body of the letter. A corrected letter follows. In your letter dated March 24, 2004, you requested a tariff classification ruling. Five representative samples were submitted which were identified as styles 004375, 380044, 004355, 380009 and 380124, respectively. The first item, style 004375, consists of a narrow round braided material composed of 100 percent polyester man-made fibers. This material is of the usual plaited construction and measures 2 mm in width.
