The subject merchandise is stated to contain 30.28 percent modified palm kernel oil, 26.51 percent maltitol, 26.44 milk protein concentrate, 12.76 percent cocoa powder, 3.30 percent anhydrous dextrose, 0.59 percent soya lecithin and 0.09 percent vanilla extract. The cocoa powder is stated to contain 11.35 percent nonfat solids. The merchandise will be imported in 30 pound cases in the form of wafers, and used as a coating.
