Dear Ms. Spurbeck: In your letter dated December 20, 2003, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The sample submitted with your letter was examined and disposed of. Detox 5 Day Plan, Total Body Cleanse, is comprised of five vials and a blister pack containing five tablets. The vials contain water, glycerol, flavorings, D L Alpha tocopheryl-acetate, ascorbic acid, sodium citrate, xanthan gum, citric acid, sodium chloride, sorbic acid, peppermint oil, and selenium amino acid chelate.
