Samples were included with your request. Additional information and samples were submitted with your letter dated November 11, 2003. The subject merchandise is stated to contain 53 percent sugar, 35.28 percent chocolate liquor, 3.04 percent cocoa butter, 2.98 percent titanium dioxide, 1.37 percent corn starch, 2.38 percent artificial color, 0.64 percent anhydrous dextrose and small quantities of various other ingredients.
