Your letter was received by this office on October 20, 2003. An ingredients breakdown and a product information sheet were submitted with your letter. Product no. 20501 is described as a white glaze for coating or enrobing cakes and pastries. The stated ingredients are 45.23 percent sugar, 38.84 percent vegetable fat, 15.76 percent nonfat dry milk, and less than one percent each of lecithin and vanillin.
