A sample of Pegaso Men’s Cologne was submitted with your inquiry. The product consists of a spray bottle containing 3.3 fluid ounces of men’s cologne packed in a green cardboard box. The applicable subheading for the Pegaso Men’s Cologne will be 3303.00.3000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for Perfumes and toilet waters. The rate of duty will be free. Perfumery, cosmetic and toiletry products are subject to the requirements of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, which is administered by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
