You are requesting the tariff classification on an item that is described as a power supply for video games that are used commercially. The model number for the power supply is 17-PS2-200. A catalog, as well as a sample, has been provided. The catalog corroborates the claim that the product is used in the amusement/game industry. The article will be classified in Chapter 95 of the HTS as parts and accessories for commercial video games. You have not requested the return of your sample.
