The sample you submitted is a snack and play tray made of tinplate steel (item number 117400). It is designed to provide children with a tabletop surface on their laps for dining, crafts, or play. The tray has folding legs and a fitted plastic snap case for storage. It measures approximately 17 inches long by 12 inches wide by 6 inches high with legs extended. The theme of the sample you provided is called “Princess and Unicorns”.
