Dear Ms. Mosqueda: In your letter dated September 3, 2003, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You submitted a sample of a “Hot Rainbow 7ft. Jump Rope (3 Styles)” identified as assortment number 1995. The assortment consists of three jump ropes that measure approximately 7 feet in length with plastic handles. The first jump rope is made of green and purple braided cord and has purple handles.
