It measures approximately 24 inches in width and 9-5/16 inches long.

Dear Mr. Parsons: In your letter dated August 1, 2003, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The samples are being returned as requested. The samples submitted are two carpenter’s aprons. They are designed to be worn around the waist. One apron is made of a polyester woven textile fabric panel. It measures approximately 24 inches in width and 10-3/8 inches long. The apron contains various sized pockets, which have been designed to hold various tools. Riveted onto one side is a metal bar. Sewn onto one side is a 2-inch web fabric loop.
