FV-204350B contains sliced red chili peppers in a liquid medium. And item no. FV-204350C consists of orange slices, cranberries, and thyme in a liquid medium. The products are put up in round-shaped glass bottles measuring 6-1/4 inches tall and 4-1/4 inches wide. Laboratory analysis found item no. FV-204350B contained 6.12 percent acetic acid, and item no. FV-204350C contained 5.33 percent acetic acid.

Dear Mr. Gat: In your letter dated July 15, 2003, you requested a tariff classification ruling. Samples and illustrative literature were submitted with your letter.
