The Provence Bread Dipping Blend is a triangle-shaped bottle measuring 4 inches tall, 4 inches wide at the base , and 1-1/4 inches deep, filled with sliced red chilis, starfruit, and rosemary, in a liquid solution. Provence Dipping Mix is a blend of dried rosemary flakes and coriander flakes put up in a small plastic package, in a cheese shaped box. The two cheese knives have steel blades and resin handles. The handle of one knife is shaped like a wedge of cheese and the other resembles a wine bottle. The cheese board is composed of ceramic (non-porcelain) that is molded and hand painted to resemble a wine bottle. The Provence Bread Dipping Blend was forwarded to the U.S. Customs laboratory for analysis, and found to contain 5.7 percent acetic acid. The components of the gift set are assembled in China.

The rate of duty will be 1 cent each (on every piece in the set) plus 4.6 percent ad valorem. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of the ruling or the control number indicated above should be provided with the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
