The submitted sample is a blue colored plastic winged wire connector for connecting two stripped electrical wires together. The applicable subheading for the “Blue Winged Wire Connector “ will be 8546.90.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for electrical insulators of any material: Other. The rate of duty will be Free. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R.177).
