The submitted sample, style number 38414JR, is a woman’s cardigan that is constructed from 100% acrylic, knit fabric and 100% cotton, woven fabric (the collar, the sleeve cuffs. The outer surface of the garment measures more than 9 stitches per 2 centimeters in the horizontal direction. The cardigan features a woven 10-button detachable collar, long sleeves with 4-button woven detachable cuffs, a full front opening with 8 button closures, and a tubular hemmed bottom. Based upon international textile trade agreements products of Hong Kong are subject to quota and the requirement of a visa.
