Dear Ms. Grego: In your letter dated March 21, 2003, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The submitted sample is “Make Your Own Dog Tag & Wristband” SKU – 815486, consisting of 39” long a piece of polyurethane fiber string, an 8” plastic strip for making a bracelet, three plastic tubular connectors, one plastic Chinese symbol and a plastic dog tag. These pieces are to be used to make a necklace or bracelet. The kit is valued at $.36.
