Dear Ms. Schultz: In your letter dated September 6, 2002, you requested a tariff classification ruling. It would be inappropriate for us to comment on the tariff classification of “partially fabricated” bingo paper or gaming material that is incomplete or unfinished at the time of importation without specific information detailing the material’s condition as imported and the processing needed to finish or complete the article. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177). A copy of the ruling or the control number indicated above should be provided with the entry documents filed at the time this merchandise is imported.
