Dear Ms. Buckman: In your letter dated September 20, 2002 you requested a tariff classification ruling for a wax candle poured in a pinecone shaped wax container. Your sample is being returned. Style #SG020536 “Pinecone Table Piece Christmas Decoration” consists of a white wax candle poured in a purple wax container, molded in the shape of a three dimensional pinecone with removable lid, measuring approximately 5 inches in height by 4 inches in diameter.
