A sample of the scented sachets, Style # 42354, was submitted with your inquiry and is being returned. The item consists of two pillow shaped sachets. The outershell of the sachets are composed of 70% acrylic and 30% wool cable knit. The filling contains 82% flaxseed and 18% lavender, which emits a pleasant scent to clothing stored in a dresser or closet. The sachets are packaged in a nylon organza fabric pouch with a polyester satin drawstring. The applicable subheading for the Scented Sachets will be 3307.90.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for Other perfumery, cosmetic or toilet preparations not elsewhere specified or included….. The rate of duty will be 5.4 percent ad valorem. You have asked whether this product is subject to antidumping or countervailing duties or whether there are any restrictions.
