Dear Ms. Buckman: In your letter dated August 12, 2002, you requested a tariff classification ruling. Sample is being returned as requested. The submitted sample, style number 21525SD2, is a glass tealight candleholder incorporated atop a water-filled glass musical globe containing three figurines of snowmen. The globe is affixed to a round-shaped metal base decorated with celestial-shaped figures. At the bottom of the base, there is a windup musical mechanism that when wound plays a Christmas melody.
