Fernandez & Hermanos, Inc. of Bayamon, Puerto Rico, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You submitted descriptive literature and photographs of product labels with your request. The subject merchandise is described as fruit nectars that will be imported in 33.8-ounce glass jars for retail sale. The pineapple nectar is said to contain water, 45 percent pineapple juice concentrate, 5 percent pineapple purée, sugar, lemon juice, pectin and ascorbic acid. The orange nectar is stated to consist of 55 percent orange juice concentrate, 5 percent orange pulp, water, and sugar.
