Dear Ms. Santos: In your letter dated July 11, 2002, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You are requesting the tariff classification on CVS item number 187040, comprised of three styles of tickle wiggle toy animals. There is a red tickle wiggle wearing a Santa hat. When the hand is pressed, the toy wiggles, sings a Christmas song and says “Happy Holidays”. The second toy is a white tickle wiggle wearing a snowman’s hat that wiggles, sings “Let It Snow” and says “Happy Holidays”, when one presses the snowman’s hand.
