A representative sample of the Motion Camera was submitted with the ruling request. The submitted item number PP 239099 is identified as the Motion Camera. The submitted Motion Camera is a fixed focus 35mm camera without a flash unit. The camera features a wrist strap that is permanently attached to the plastic camera body.
