Three samples of knit fabric accompanied your request for a ruling. The first, designated as style THR-20PC60-115 11.5 oz. Thermal Solid Dyed, is a dyed weft knit fabric of double knit construction. It is composed of 55% polyester and 45% cotton. Weighing approximately 225 g/m2, this fabric will be imported 156 centimeter widths. Style THR-20PC60-95 9.5 oz. This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
