Dear Mr. Chowdhury: In your letter, dated December 7, 2001, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The merchandise is described thus: Sara Spice® brand “Sarawak Pepper” is comprised of retail packs of whole, white peppercorn. The product is available in 50 gram, 100 gram, 220 gram, and 250 gram plastic containers, 5 pound plastic bottles, and 25 kilogram plastic or paper sacks.
