Dear Ms. Kwok: In your letter dated July 20, 2001, you requested a tariff classification ruling. The sample submitted is a “Collapsible Container”, item number C-66033. It is a box, without a lid, designed with collapsible walls. It is made of a cardboard base covered on the exterior with denim textile fabric. The interior is covered with plain woven fabric. The walls are held closed with a zipper. The interior of the box contains no compartments. You have asked whether this product is subject to antidumping duties or countervailing duties.
