Product description

The article is a handheld, battery-operated, device that enables the user to spin the figure of a cartoon character. The character “Pooh” resembles a bear that, in this case, is outfitted in a Halloween costume depicting a jack-o-lantern. The bear is a three dimensional figure attached to a motorized handheld unit. There are three plastic flexible tubes protruding from the base where the figure and handle meet. At the ends of the tubing, tiny wheels are attached that light up when the item is turned on. In addition to lighting the wheels, the batteries cause the bear and tubing to spin rapidly, thereby, creating the effects of a circle of lights. Your sample is being returned as requested.
