Dear Ms. Jones: In your letter dated May 30, 2001, on behalf of Rubbermaid Home Products Inc., you requested a tariff classification ruling. Two samples were provided with your letter. The sports bottles are composed of plastics. They have an insulating cover made from nylon fabric backed with foamed plastics. The cover has an adjustable webbed shoulder strap. A three compartment packet of “Blue Ice” brand ice substitute fits between the bottle and the insulating cover. The “Blue Ice” packet is designed to be stored in the freezer and then placed around the bottle to keep the contents cold. The bottles will be imported in two sizes: 1 quart and 1.25 pints.
