Dear Ms. Grasso: This letter is to inform you that pursuant to 19 C.F.R. § 177.12(b) (2022), this office is revoking HQ H323273 (Feb. 8, 2022). Upon review of HQ H323273, we have determined that there was a misunderstanding on our part regarding the relevant facts of the transaction that warrants a revocation of the ruling. Accordingly, HQ H323273, dated February 8, 2022, is hereby, REVOKED, as of April 8, 2022. Sincerely, W.
